Use this form to request that a listing be reviewed for removal from MCJmugs and our associated Facebook Pages. Read our Voluntary Removal Policy before submitting.

Qualifying removal

Dismissal, not guilty, expungement, mistaken identity, or court order. No fee.

Voluntary removal

Case doesn't meet the categories above, but you'd like it taken down. $150 flat fee.

Select the ground that applies, and attach supporting documentation in Section 3:

Charges dismissed, dropped, or not guilty
Expungement, record sealing, or pardon
Mistaken identity or posting error (wrong photo/name/duplicate)
Case older than our review window with no related subsequent charges
Court order directing removal

A $150 flat fee applies. This covers server and bandwidth costs, the administrator time spent locating and removing the record, and the reach we'd otherwise get from posting it through Facebook's no-cost distribution. This fee only guarantees removal from mcjmugs.online and our two Facebook Pages (Marshall's Mugshot Mania, Marshall County Jail Inmate Roster) — it does not guarantee removal from any third-party site. Payment instructions will be sent after your request is reviewed; we do not collect payment through this form.

Qualifying requests are reviewed at no charge; non-qualifying voluntary requests carry a $150 flat fee and are limited in scope to mcjmugs.online & mcjmugs.com, Marshall’s Mugshot Mania (admin page), and Marshall County Jail Inmate Roster (group), as described in our Voluntary Removal Policy.
